William Colcord
William (Billy) joins Aria real estate as a realtor after being involved in various aspects of real estate over the past 15 years. A ‘student of real estate’, born in Oklahoma City, but a Norman resident the past 35 years. An ‘Oklahoma guy’, he is very passionate about earning clients’ trust and building long-lasting relationships.
Billy is a very hard worker and committed to making sure his clients are taken care of every step of the way. ‘There are few things more satisfying than assisting a client in reaching their goals.’ He is a sports fanatic and loves building/racing cars.
Billy and his wife Melissa (who is also a realtor with Aria) enjoy living and working in Norman. They have two young children, who they enjoy traveling with. Billy spends the majority of his free time with his family, they enjoy traveling, going to Thunder games, and Dodger games.
