Artra Rice-Nelson is a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma, holding a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and an associate degree in Political Science with a concentration in Paralegal Studies. Her career has been shaped by distinguished service in the U.S. Navy, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic communication, leadership, and administrative operations.
During her academic journey, Artra discovered a passion for real estate and community development, which led to a role in property management. In this position, she has been able to blend her organizational strengths and communication skills with a hands-on approach to resident service and operational oversight.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Artra remains deeply engaged in her community. She volunteers with the Innovation District, participates in Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) events, and enjoys jogging and cheering on her son at his sporting events.
